Video Processing

Quality: While we strive to provide reliable compression, results may vary depending on your source file and settings. Outputs are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee a specific file size reduction or quality outcome.
Limitations: The service may have limitations on file size, format, or device compatibility. We reserve the right to impose usage limits, including credit-based quotas for paid compressions.
No Server Upload for Compression: We do not receive your video files for the purpose of compression. However, we may collect account, usage, and billing data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and Payments

Credits System: Paid video compressions operate on a credit-based system. Each compression typically consumes 1 credit. See our Pricing page for current packs and prices.
One-Time Packs: Credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription required unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Payment Terms: You agree to pay all charges associated with your credit purchase. Purchases are processed through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe).
Refunds: Refund terms are described in our Credits Policy. Credit sales are generally final except where stated in that policy or required by law.

Service Availability and Modifications

Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Termination

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
